Job Description:
To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through platforms like Upwork, Linkedin, phone calls, social media, and emails.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation activities to drive engagement with new logos/clients
- Schedule client meeting between prospective client and internal portfolio leader
- Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
- Efficiently generate sales leads and develop new relationships with key contacts and clients by using an effective, repeatable sales strategy
- Responsible for setting and executing strategy and achieving revenue growth in existing and new clients
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
- Extensive Bidding on platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Experience / working knowledge in the specialty coffee field is a must
- Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to learn and an active to develop a career in the Coffee Industry
- Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions.
- Ability to manage communications; fluent in both spoken and written English
